The Gogebic Range Health Foundation will be hosting an annual fundraising event on June 5th 20220. The GRRR- Gogebic Range Ride and Run will include 2 group bike ride options and a group run option. There will be bike ride on the Iron Belle Trail from Ironwood to Ramsay and back to Ironwood, a mountain bike ride in the Miner’s Memorial Heritage Park and MT Zion and a group run/walk on the Iron Belle Trail. Follow the group activities will be a cook out with raffle prizes and music. Tickets for the event are $25 and include the group activities, cook out and raffle tickets. Raffle tickets will also be sold for $20 to end the grand prize drawing of items such as a $1,000 Giant mountain bike donated by Hobby Wheel, a season pass donated by BigSnow Resorts and other great prizes! Join us for this great event that raises funds to create a healthy and fun Gogebic Range.
The Gogebic Range Health Foundation’s mission is to advance community health across the Gogebic Range to create a fun and healthy place to live and visit. We work toward our mission by promoting healthy living through community grantmaking, partnering with local organizations and agencies to create a healthy and active community and investing in community projects that have a positive influence on the physical health, mental health and economic health of the Gogebic Range community.
